Crescent: rules and strategy
A two-deck solitaire: 16 piles of cards laid out in a crescent around 8 foundations. Four foundations build up from Ace to King, four build down from King to Ace, and the goal is to place all 104 cards on them. This site explains the exact rules, the strategy, and a winning game verified card by card. To play: Crescent Solitaire, on iPhone, iPad and Android.
Available on the App Store and on Google Play.

Crescent in a few lines
Crescent is played alone with 2 shuffled decks of 52 cards, so 104 cards. One Ace and one King of each suit serve as the bases of the foundations. The other 96 cards form 16 piles of 6 cards; only the top card of each pile can be played.
You place a card on another of the same suit (spades, hearts, diamonds or clubs) and of adjacent rank, above or below: the 7 of hearts on the 8 or on the 6 of hearts, and even the Ace on the King. An empty pile can no longer be filled. When nothing else can move, the redeal moves the bottom card of each pile to the top, 3 times per game. The rules detail every move, and the strategy explains how to go about it.
